On World Suicide Prevention Day, it’s essential to remember that mental health challenges affect us all. Whether we personally face emotional struggles or support someone who does, it’s crucial to cultivate hope, healing, and a sense of peace. As Christians, we turn to Christ, the ultimate source of healing and comfort. That’s why I created a special meditation podcast titled “Whispers of Balance: Christ-Centered Meditations” to help guide those who are struggling emotionally and spiritually toward healing.

How Meditation and Christ Can Bring Hope
